6V Feeder/Micro Camera Power Panel®
Overview
The 6V Feeder/Micro Camera Power Panel® is a great option for extending the battery life of several Moultrie products. The number of days in which the field life of your Moultrie 6V feeder kits and Micro Series trail cameras is prolonged will be dependent on model and the installation location of the Power Panel. Exposing the Power Panel to direct sunlight for majority of the day will result in the greatest increase in charge rate and, as a result, extend field life. The 5 ft. cord allows the Power Panel to be placed free of branches/leaves and features a metal conduit to resist damage from varmints.
Alkaline or lithium batteries should be installed in your Micro Series trail camera when using the Power Panel. Rechargeable batteries should NOT be used in the Micro Series trail cameras with this Power Panel.
NOTE: Most Moultrie feeder kits require installation of a 6V 5Ah rechargeable battery in conjunction with the Power Panel. The Power Panel helps keep the feeder kit's battery charged. When using one of Moultrie's All-In-One kits or the 5-Gallon All-In-One Hanging Feeder with the Power Panel, insert rechargeable AA batteries in the feeder kit.
We recommend charging the Power Panel's battery before using for the first time. Micro-USB cable sold separately.
